James SchorJames Schor, a co-founder of Analytics, has worked extensively in the areas of forecasting, inventory management, stochastic modeling, production control, design engineering, productivity improvement, and cost accounting. Examples of his work include:

Jim developed one of the earliest and most efficient algorithms to determine the optimal number of kanbans for a production system.  He has also taught probability and statistics in the Leaders for Manufacturing program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Jim enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hiker.
